Gym League Codes (Roblox): The Codes That Survived the Reset
Lists compared October 5, 2026 · Codes Tappalm · About
Gym League, the Roblox lifting simulator by 1v2 Studios, has been rebuilt, and that split its codes into two worlds. The codes released since the relaunch (RELEASE, WELCOME BACK, FRESHSTART and the ones after them) redeem; the 68 from before it do not, even though some code lists still carry them. Below: what works, what is brand new, and what to stop trying.
Gym League codes confirmed by two lists
| Code | Reward | Note |
|---|---|---|
RELEASE | 1.25x Muscle gain for 20 minutes | — |
FRESHSTART | 1.25x Cash gain for 20 minutes | — |
WELCOME BACK | 500 Cash and 3 Breakfasts of Champions | Two words with a space |
DIVINE | 1 Power Potion, 1 Money Potion, 1 Stamina Potion | Beebom lists it as a 1.25x Muscle buff instead |
WORLD10 | 3 Power Potions, 3 Money Potions, 3 Stamina Potions | Beebom lists it as a 1.25x Cash buff instead |
ASCENSION | 5 Aura Rerolls and 2 Mega Potions | Beebom lists 500 Cash and 3 Breakfasts instead |
Three of these come with two different reward descriptions depending on the list; we show Destructoid’s, which is the more recent, and name the alternative. Either way the code is accepted.
How we checked: on October 5, 2026 we compared Destructoid (updated October 5, 2026), Pocket Gamer (October 3) and Beebom (September 19). A code is in this table when Destructoid and Beebom both list it as working. Pocket Gamer’s list has no post-reset codes at all, so it could not confirm anything here. We compare lists; we do not redeem codes on an account of ours.
The newest codes, from one list so far
Destructoid added these on October 5 and no other list has caught up yet. They are the freshest codes in the game, so redeem them first.
| Code | Reward |
|---|---|
HERO | 300 Hero Tokens, 1 Power Potion, 1 Money Potion, 1 Stamina Potion |
SCLASS | 500 Hero Tokens and 2 Power Potions |
LIMITBREAKER | 500 Hero Tokens, 2 Money Potions, 2 Stamina Potions |
PRISON | 1 Power Potion and 1 Money Potion |
SORRYFORBUGSAD | 5 Mega Potions, 5 Money Potions, 5 Stamina Potions |
Hero Tokens, the reward behind HERO, SCLASS and LIMITBREAKER, are the currency of the current update. The three together are worth 1,300 of them.
How to redeem Gym League codes
- Open Gym League in Roblox.
- Press the Codes button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Type the code. Capitals matter, and
WELCOME BACKkeeps its space. - Press Submit. Potions, food and cash land in your inventory.
Boost codes (RELEASE, FRESHSTART) start their 20 minutes the moment you redeem them, so enter those when you are about to train, not before you go idle.
Codes from before the reset
Pocket Gamer and Beebom still list these as active; Destructoid marks every one of them expired as of October 5, and that matches what players report. We would not spend time on them: update31, christmasgains, Bonusgains, frozen, Update30p2, Junglegames, Jungle, Update30, compsfix, update29p2, powerupqol, Update28, Halloweenpart1, GLcomeback, NewGears, Undead, ZeroG, 5xmuscle, LIGHTNINGQUEST, 2XEVENT, LIGHTNINGEVENT, TRADINGPLAZA, BLOODMOON, BONUSGAINS, OLYMPUS, SPARTAN, POWERLIFTING, SUMMERFUN, BETTERTOGETHER, GETMONEY, KEEPGRINDING, DUNGEONGYM, SHADOWS, EASYGAINS, FLAMING, SUMMERBODY, SEASON3PASS, BRAINROT, 10KVIEWS, BALANCE, TWILIGHT, STARLIFT, COSMICGAINS, SOLOLEVELING, FEELINGLUCKY, Ancient, GYMGAMES, PLAYER456, QualityOfLife, BetterGameplay, LateXMAS, MIDUPD, HolidaySeasons, LEAGUES2, 400MVISITS, LEAGUEOVER, TRADE, PUMPKING, HALLOWEEN, BUGFIXES, LEAGUE, CLANS, SORRYFORDELAY, WEREBACK, FIRSTTRAINER, HIDDENFOOD, UPDATE2, FOLLOWGYMLEAGUERBLX.
If one of them does redeem for you, it is a leftover, and we would like to know.
Where new codes come from
1v2 Studios announces codes on X (@GymLeagueRBLX) and in the Gym League Discord. The pattern in the current version is one code per update, one per event, and an apology code whenever a patch breaks something (SORRYFORBUGSAD is the latest). Milestone codes for likes and visits were common before the reset and may come back.
Faster gains without buying Robux
Codes cover potions and food. What they never cover are the permanent multipliers and the gym passes, which are sold for Robux. On Android, Robux are paid through Google Play, and Google Play balance can come from a gift card you did not buy.
TapPalm is the rewards platform behind this site: advertisers pay for finished offers, and the balance comes out as a Google Play gift card from USD 5 (US) or AUD 10 (Australia). A person signs off every payout, so the first one can take up to 14 days. The walkthrough is in our Google Play gift card guide.

Three questions. Your Roblox login stays with you.
More Roblox code lists: Dragon Soul, Jules RNG and Driving Empire. If you also play sports games, Volleyball Legends locks its code box until level 15, and Basketball Zero hides a wait time in the digits at the front of each code — both catch people out. For something with more teeth, Hunty Zombie is the one where we counted how many dead codes each rival list is still serving. Other games: Tacticus and Kingshot. And Break and Steal an Egg, which has no codes at all despite what the videos promise.
Gym League codes: questions
What are the new Gym League codes?
The newest, listed by Destructoid on October 5, 2026, are HERO, SCLASS, LIMITBREAKER, PRISON, SORRYFORBUGSAD. HERO, SCLASS and LIMITBREAKER hand out Hero Tokens, the currency of the latest update.
Why do my old Gym League codes not work any more?
Gym League was rebuilt, and the codes from before the reset (update31, 2XEVENT, SPARTAN and dozens more) belong to the old version. Some code lists still print them, which is why so many players report “invalid code”. The current codes are the ones in the first two tables.
Where is the Codes button in Gym League?
Bottom-left corner of the screen once you are in the gym. Press it, type the code and press Submit. Rewards go to your inventory.
Does WELCOME BACK have a space in it?
Yes. Both Destructoid and Beebom print it as two words, and codes are entered exactly as written.
What do the potions do?
Power, Money and Stamina Potions multiply the matching stat for a while; Mega Potions boost everything. Breakfasts of Champions are food that refills energy so you can keep lifting.
Where does the developer post new codes?
1v2 Studios posts them on X (@GymLeagueRBLX) and in its Discord. Codes usually arrive with an update (RELEASE, WORLD10) or as an apology after a bug (SORRYFORBUGSAD).
